Supersize Me ... Or Not ... Whatever Works

Fendi's spring 2008 collection was shown last September ('07) and made quite the splash with new additions to his Baguettes (meant to resemble a French loaf of bread that one would stick under their arm and walk down the street with). Previously made in a one size fits all medium - the models were suddenly seen struting with extra large and extra small Baguettes with detachable straps which suddenly turn the Baguettes into clutches. This new invention completely goes against my mantra, "If it isn't broken- don't fix it," but I think this was a smart move on the designer's part. Well done!
